Using a more holistic view to whats going on with PTX, i think the farming out approach the company has taken could have upset large shareholder who had interest in the PTX 200 trial. prior i thought we were in TA downtrend highlighted earlier by eagleman got to give him credit for the 11.5 call but after the strong breach i cant justify the indiscriminate selling into weakness or strength other then a disgrunted holder selling down his position, the live webinar shed light on cause of disagreement due to PTX 200.

As a shareholder holder of ptx i expect the appropriate use of funds and every dollar spent should reflect a material interest in the company with PTX having a diverse portfolio of drugs already taking all of them through trials and to commercialisation would be costly so if PTX 200 gets farmed out i dont mind due to omnicar and no point double dipping with company funds.

where we are at today been adding to my position because i cant justify company current valuation we are at 60M EV with PTX 100 about to enter a registration trial with already promising data and has orphan drug Steven mentioned NEU during his presentation to compare valuation if i remember NEU had $150M valuation going through its phase 3 trials and was classified undervalued currently holding $1b valuation today. Then we have our 2 cell therapys M and A under collaboration with Australian leading scientists at the peter mac centre showing incredible data that can be commercialised near term, with them alone the company is priced undervalued not to mention omnicar our flagship therapy which we are all excited about how we put a valuation to a therapy that can change the landscape of how cancer is being treated on a global scale. all i know PTX needs to get omnicar into the clinic and update us on a more concrete time which it will happen once this happens it will draw the eyes of international investors who have been monitoring progress of omnicar from a distance. best of luck holders
