Some of the emailed questions (as shown on HC) were lethal, so Q&A off the floor and Skype had the potential to be damaging, the BoD would already have know they had a First Strike (by votes counted), so maybe they didnt want anything else recorded in the AGM Minutes.

Sabotaging the sound avoided that, but made 30+ shareholders mad as hell, some selling or reporting to ASIC & the ASX.

Do you think it would have been better or worse for them and the share price, long & short term if the Online AGM and the Q&A had gone ahead properly?
