The company has an obligation to notify shareholders.They notified shareholders of the dispute. They then notified shareholders the dispute was "resolved". In that notice, they notified shareholders that the timeline had been dropped. At no point did they notify the market that any other agreement had been changed.This is now an ASX200 company. It is going through the process of due diligence. I won't be easing up. The company needs to lift its game!
