I came across the following information when I was researching RNU with respect to their Siviour Graphite Project (Siviour) on South Australia’s Eyre Peninsula:
https://renascor.com.au/siviour-dfs-results/:
"Funding: Up to 60% of the start-up capital requirement is expected to qualify for in-principle support from Atradius, the Dutch export credit agency (ECA), subject to finalising the procurement strategy in the front-end engineering design (FEED) phase."
Here, they are claiming that a Dutch ECA is going to fund a graphite project in SA. This seems to be showing that these ECA's are willing to fund projects outside their own country to secure materials. Isn't this the same thing that Steve is suggesting about ECA's interest in funding Kachi?
