Your posts regarding ECA options for LKE are wrong in so many ways. @chuk has provided decent corrections for you, I would like to add a few more.
1. You try to paint a picture as if ECA institutions of US were the only option for LKE. That is incorrect. Steve said that he would prefer 2-3 off take partners, and at the moment we don't know in which countries the finally selected offtake partners will operate. Steve seems to focus on the US and Europe. EU alone has 27 countries. I would obviously add ECA institutions of Latin America to the list, as Argentina is where LKE mines are situated. China in theory might be also an option, as China dominates battery production, although I don't think that that would be a preferred option. Other Asian countries like South Korea might be options as well. All in all, there are so many options, it's too early to narrow down the list to just one country. As a reference, here are some ECA institutions of the world:
