Yes we had a clear bottoming process going on. U don't need any fancy thing. Just click on the site here and see one month chart. Breakout happened when the price went up through 1 month highs. If it was a normal stock and instos were buying, the run up could have been massive as that is a big buying signal.
Morevover, MACD has not accepted this fall to fifties and continues to show higher levels and accumulation with bullish divergence a perfect set up for a major run up. Let us see if fundas support that on 29/2/16.

Many B4 here have been talking re dividend and as one can see there R strong arguments for and against it.
In normal scenario considering what PBAT SGH can and will still generate, interim dividend was guaranted. However considering the cash flow scenario and debt, it may be postponed to be considered at the time of annual numbers.
Considering no one knows the exact numbers, it is hard to argue either way. If the numbers are very good or even prfit falling 20% lesser than the guidance, decent interim is still a possibility. Many will argue that it is a dream. Don't know what the numbers R. so no one really knows.

There is disagreement between different parties re the writewdowns in good will and re testing of WIP ........if I am not confusing the issues.
It is a v v complex scenario as the numbers will and can effect so many things,re debt covenants, and hence whole lot of things.Then we have the CA and if it is too big thenm the jobs of many in the BOD apart from their wealth as recovery will and can be slow in that scenario.
So it looks like that the management and all other parties are tying to get a reasonable and acceptabel and legal outcome to this v complex situation.
The issue is that in retrospect, banks and external auditors may be correct but in prospect.cthey MAY BE ABSOLUTELY WRONG. Hence the issue.
Two months of calendar yr may have given more strength to the managements case.

We cant rule out the possibility that we may have or we may not have the numbers on 29/2/16 and suspension continues and or we may have the first half numbers with conditions attached and certain things still unqualified and not decided and further trading suspension may and may not continue.
However under that scenario I may think that VS continuing.

I appreciate the management decision to go for the trading VS suspension.

Shorts if any R not totally locked out and U know there future. Only one future. They will be fired.

SGH is not going to close down or go into VS . Does not lookj like any CR as well. As the have not come to final decision on many important things yet, they cant decide those things.
However I think that none of them is happening.
9.
ANN does say that company intends to announce the 1 H numbers B4 the market opens on 29/2/16. However...all remains to be seen.
AG and the BOD is digging in.
As a long term investors I understand that many /most employees of SGH are fighting for me inside and outside the BOD. So I have nothing to worry.

No one can deny that most of the issues that R highlighted in the media or discussed here on HC, exist with SGH. The only issue is degree and extent of it. Looks like all those issues have been over blpown way way out of proportion. Nature of business and screwed 1 H CF has given market players and rumor m mongers a field day in the absence of ny thing concrete from management and the shadow of ASIC review going on for months and months.
Come right time, i think it will be clear that market got the issues right but painted a too much ofan end of the world scenario for SGH and the banks behaving as suicidal folks.
Not going to happen in my opinion. Do UR home work.
