Thinking about the Ann. Companies like UBS must have a relationship with companies that lend them shares (obviously for a fee). Could this relationship give them info that SH are not privy to

I think this may be a reasonable conclusion otherwise why would they relinquish. If SGH was in dire straits surely this would be a good time for shorting, similarly to the time when SGH dropped to 26 cents.

I guess only time will tell. Tomorrow could be very interesting.
