    A branch of a tree can survive only if tree survives.
    So a branch of a company or its sister concern can be solvent or a going concern only if the parent company is solvent or a going concern.
    Anyway, if SGH was not a solvent or going concern.....it wont B here.
    Amazing the degree of scare tactics and the way ghost stories re SGH are spinning around.
