About the timing of the TDG placement? N'ah, thats not really an appropriate question for the management team of our company.
Anyway, there's probably only a couple of plausible reasons. Either its taking TDG longer than expected to put processes for the placement in place. Or they don't think market sentiment is currently receptive to the offer and have delayed it to some future time
