The issue is that they have run out of money.

This is why they are raising at 4.5 cents.

Selling Rover will not happen until they have resource defined.

The fact that they mentioned in the SPP that the money will be used to drill rover confirms that it will not be sold anytime soon!

Hence, the raising.

This also confirms they do not have enough information to compile a resource and need to drill some more.

Catch 22. Do they sell Rover for virtually nothing and do not raise now, or do they raise, drill, prove up resource, then sell for big $$?

It seems that they are cornered eitherway.

The stock will fall to 3 cents in the near term if nothing further is announced.

Might just wait and see what happens after the SPP
