I exercised mine a month ago and I only got them into my account on Friday after my wife sent over 20 emails (no exaggeration) back and forth between Security Transfer Australia and our bank/trading platform. They just never materialised anywhere after we paid and everyone played "pass the parcel" over and over. I would have been furious if I'd have wanted to sell them.
Not sure why people want to wait on exercising these. They're well in the money and having them in your hand gives you control and starts the clock ticking on the 12 months to claim capital gains discount. Is there some cunning advantage to waiting till the last minute..?
