@Un1qu3Nam3 for me I guess it’s the opportunity cost, I’d rather keep my $40k required to exercise the options working elsewhere instead of using it to exercise my options. I will also keep the shares for longer than 12months so the CGT is not a factor I need to consider. Different horses for different courses my friends.
