I could be wrong but it appears that you became a holder of ARL this year? or well after the entitlement date for the ARL .77 cents options.
That being the case, as you would know you couldn't participate in the Loyalty (some say "bonus" options) but an anomoly exists because i do know of overseas investors (outside Australia) that have received and exercised their .77 cent options.

Just thought i would point out that had you been a holder of ARL at the record date, you would have likely still been able to receive your entitlement depending on how and with whom you bought your shares in the first instance.
