kinda half what I said right ..."This makes LPD an "export only" business looking for a buyer of "2nd rate" concentrate. Yes A3 can be solved by building a chemical plant in Walvis Bay, Namibia". The customer for our concentrate is ourselves and that is true for P2 also.

So for P1 we built the CP in UAE. Where will P2 be built?

Put a picture of a world map in front of you. For P1 we ship concentrate around Cape of Good Hope to UAE. Convert to LiOH and ship it where? Where are those consumers who are our real customers. Well presently those battery manufacturers are mostly in China. And they then export to the vehicle OEMs who are predominantly in Europe and USA.

IMO, if it is good enough for ALL to ship from Ghana to USA/CAN to a LiOH plant then that is an option for P2 - all depends on capital intensity. LPD says as much in 2021/12 Qtrly



My point about location is disadvantaged is the real end customer in the supply chain is an OEM and that locations like USA/CAN have an end-to-end supply chain from mine-chemical plant-battery maker-EV OEM. (same is true for WA SC6 exporters).
