- an equity raise forms part of the FID (likely at a discounted price and a dilution event)

- sophisticated investors still need to finance UAE plant (what’s the deal - MAJOR dilution? - future profit sharing, MAJOR debt on top of the expected debt from US?)

- sophisticated investors likely want opportunity shares at discounted price

- executives likely want to buy or be offered cheap shares on market (whats the bonus scheme?)

most indicators to me reflect a downward trend will continue

what you think are down rampers are actual genuine individuals understanding the capital situation and warning others (who may be new to the stock market) of these risks
