from what I know, offtakes with american companies (since debt is cheaper and lpd has all the critical minerals) are a top priority and will all be completed by the end of this year, and is somewhat delayed due to covid - just think. it's not like pre covid where you can travel internationally and do these in person -> now you have to do it on zoom and the process is just longer.
