We should now get the approx. 18% share in MSB from BRZ Bearing. Then we have almost 70% in MSB.
As a takeover or as a merger. Best in exchange for LPI shares with a little premium, e.g. 1: 1.
The BRZ shareholders can / will be satisfied with this.

I actually believe it’s worth more than 33c right now my reasoning for that is Marichunga NPV is $1.3bUSD ($1.5b AUD)
50% ownership to LPI that = $750m
Most Li explorers at present are priced at more then 1/2th their NPV ,
Half of Marichunga NPV that’s attributed to LPI is around $350m ($1+) and we are currently $90m Market Cap.
We also have a resource upgrade coming in the vicinity of 1.5-1.8X currentfigures ans a updated DFS coming as well.also we have. MOU with Japanese giants MITSUI.
Then we add our Wa Greenbushes leases With outcroppings pegmatites within the Donnybrook Shear Zone (“DSZ”) that Have elevated lithium ,rubidium , tin and the mafic host rocks are anomalous in arsenic which is consistent with the Greenbushes model next door,
What’s that’s worth ??
Another $50m min? as some explorers with rubbish leases are valued more then that..
