The last thing I would want is for major changes in the board. In particular, SW has brought a wealth of managerial knowledge and expertise. He has to deal with difficult circumstances. He should be adequately rewarded. IMO, it would be a disaster for LOM, if he walked, or was headhunted for his obvious talents.
I do agree that it would be nice to have a bit more data from the company rather than just from Bungy. Maybe there are reasons for caution, as unrealistic interpretation could be problematic.
There would appear to be new ball games playing in Angola. We can but hope that they are to LOM's advantage. It would send a good message to the outside investment community, if LOM were well treated. With diplomatic SW at the helm, I believe there is a good possibilty of a positive outcome.
