99% of Blueline JV Tb/Dy output will go to existing Jap mag customers, whether one expands to US domestic production remains to be seen.
Regardless Blueline JV will have the capacity to meet virtually 100% of ROW Tb/Dy demand now and potentially immediate future.
Read the tender docs, particularly with reference the commercial prerequisites, at best TMRC might get $5M for a pilot.
