I jump in and bought my first parcel yesterday after exited at 48C and will keep accumulating now. I just made my decision on very simple facts:
1. No Lamp + no production of REE + no sale of REE + regulatory uncertainty = MC ~$2 Billion
2. Lamp + production + sale of REE + no regulatory uncertainty + noise from down rampers = MC $360 Millions
Compare 1 & 2 = ST Buy
