Strange they wouldn't have it already there on site when they did the frac as it seems to me to be the obvious next thing to do, recovery the frack fluids. And wouldn't they use the equipment they had at Owen since they have moved on to flow testing?
To get the equipment on the move some time later doesn't sound right, unless there was some sort of problem. They need this for the bio gas problem they had?
Need somebody with experience with this stuff to comment.
