As I've been researching on the impact of demonitisation lately, I was intrigued why TSi never got a mention in any articles. So I started looking into the deal with mPhasis as they seem to continue being mentioned. The other question that was outstanding (at least to me) was how TSi came about the acquisition of the ~11k ATM's back in April. The clue was always there!
TSi is simply an outsourcing contractor to mPhasis, no doubt a result of the Acquisiton of mPhasis by Blackstone. TSi continues to fly under the radar, even within India!
