Regarding the negative cash flow, from operations, it seems, IMO, that this is mainly due to an increase in Loans and Advances and an increase in Financial Instruments.
I am not sure why the share price fell significantly in late trade- however I doubt that it was due to the Cash Flow Statement. The Chairman holds a large number of shares and purchased a significant number in the recent rights issue - he would have inside knowledge if the company had cash flow problems.
