Mike,
you are incorrect. Go do some research on mining and processing RP around the world and you will see that beneficiation of 14% or less is very very common and whether or not the business case for MAK to mine and process the 14% resource stacks up will be based on the supply and demand economics when the time comes (a long time from now).
However, as the 14% is not required to support MAK's production in the forseeable future it is really a moot point.
