I think the word risk sold not be used in the context of FAR. Nobody disputes that we have found plenty of the black stuff. What ever risk there is now, it is associated with getting it out of the ground. Porosity, flow etc etc. As Tim said, since its there, we get it out, even if we have to help it along by pumping gas up its .....
To me risk means we can loose it all. And feel comfortable that this will not happen.
