I looking today at management team of SPL on linked in and now Owen has been replaced with 2 (as announced) and Shubb gone and replaced (never announced) then jacky now seems to have just team of 6 white men reporting to her. looks like diversity is not needed at SPL despite much evendence it gives better results. Maybe jacky like these guys all go along for the ride to get the big pay for weak KPI.
Shubb (IP) and Owen (research) teams seemed to delivere for years but Eglezes (BUs Dev) and Paull (clin and reg) seemed to not deliver value but still get most LTI and STI. Is this just politics and favourites? Time for new blood to turn around sinking ship.
