Yeah but the only problem is the whole market is in the toilet, the whole sector is in the toilet.  You can buy and hold at the moment but I don’t think there is going to be some magic turn around anytime soon.  The value of the company will not make the share price turn any time soon.  Sorry but I don’t think it will. Even with Pascoe money in the bank.  Sometimes you just Gotta take the loss. And I think this year will be the year of taking the loss.  Maybe next year will be better or the year after.  good luck to all.  Property investment is looking pretty good at the moment.
