No surpise to see Pattersons talk about debt raising being least preferred option. Why would they write themselves out of business. They would ove to do another capital raising.

However, I am pretty certain the company feels they were sold short last time by pattersons who made them do a placement at a big discoutn just to get it away. i hear that the company is being swamped by other brokers who want the chance to do a better job this time and TTR have no allegiance to pattersons at all.

Should know more in next two weeks when MD does the rounds of east coast brokers and instos.
