Yeh, $10 is a long shot any time soon.
But with current grades/deposits and management, I can't see it hanging around these prices for too long.
Instos/smart money got in at the ipo, so currently I'd assume it's only retail trying to get in, which I also assume not many know too much about BRE.
With the top 20 owning so much of this company, on further results, I can't see this hanging around these prices for too long. And like yourself, I think $3-$4 is fair value for this year.
But no reason by the end of the decade this couldn't be at $10.
I haven't been this excited for a company in a while.
