    This is now the third time I have quoted you in an HPA related post with no acknowledgement or response. Just wondering if you have missed them?

    In the MEP forum you indicated having looked into the clauses of the ADN / MEP joint venture agreement.

    1. Have you had access to a copy of the JV agreement as you have indicated?

    2. If so, how does one come by a copy? I had formed the view this is not available to shareholders but happy to be corrected.
