Construction has been going for essential works in Spain. From tomorrow, lawyers, shops, industries in general (not just "essential" ones,as in Australia) and many other facilities will be open. Spain never had the ludicrous ban on groups of more than two non-household people as in Victoria and NSW. It's now going from a less extreme lock down to and even laxer lock down than Australia, despite having hundred of deaths per day. This country, like others in Europe, will not keep up martial law. Nutcase premiers like those we have in Australia talk of keeping it up for nine months. Pigs WILL fly before that happens!
Sweden never even pretended to have a lock down and will be no worse off.
