Here's my quess.
1) Everyone would agree that the current price is below what we should be raising at.
2) initially agifos was going to underwrite the offer with mimran, but bows it agrifields and mimran
It looks as though this is a pretty good opportunity for agrifields to become a significant holder at a cheap price. They will also be an offtake partner on the baobab product.
