Jekyll - deals, management review, all above reasons that maintaining nasdaq listing

Hyde - no clear direction ( if any ) given by management. When will we get the chance of an actual management conference call? Having cancelled the last one, they seem to have pulled a fast one and just speak to shareholders via 8k's.

Post deal this is a 30 cent stock at least, but perception is 99% of reality. Something is broken and i havent seen anyone quite nail down what it is.
