Generally if there is a candle completely above the top bollinger band it is a sign of a top or the market just getting a bit too far ahead of itself. The candle today could have more significance because it is right on a key resistance level. IMO, if it doesn't close on or near the high but is still outside the bb, it is likely a top, requires confirmation though.
We are looking for a weight of evidence to be in our favor and there are just a few negatives shaping up in the short term.
