My wife passed away in her sleep from a blood clot 5 days after we had our first Covid shot. QLD Coroner took nearly two years to produce a postmortem report, which did note the documented association of blood clots with AstraZeneca, but refused to conclude any cause and effect based on the fact that she suffered from the ongoing effects of a severe electrocution (in 2009). No doubt the govt's lawyers would have been involved in such cases. (Of course nothing will bring her back).
