It states: Looking forward, the A2 milk market value is anticipated to reach US$ 18,184 Million by 2023, projecting a CAGR of 24.9% during 2018-2023.

IMO it is hard to estimate 5 years out for A2 and trying to balance so many growth opportunities as the stock matures creates a lot of variables. I am more optimistic but I think the report would have been conservative given that they would be going of current factual knowledge, which is a fair call on their behalf.

At any rate it is good to see more product awareness in the USA through positive media. It may just be snippets here and there but the North American sector is vastly underrated IMO. As momentum and awareness grows there A2 will get more customers of course but hopefully more investors from the US as well.

I'm not as worried as other members about Pokeno production. Whilst I do not think we will have full production at Pokeno site from day one, I am confident A2 have been working hard to ramp up supply in the area. Sure it takes time but A2 have always planned things very carefully and I don't think this will be any different. Why else would A2 have an exclusive contract with Synlait and then extend the deal? Hopefully we will hear some more news next week in the Synlait report.
