To be clear, my point about reproducing A2 had all of those competitors in mind. The A2 products they have launched have generally performed poorly.
Regarding elder nutrition, definitely not area of my expertise but I imagine there's a convenience factor to having it all in milk/formula form. Same reason people drink diet shakes etc.
