The partnership BSX is seeking is for the Ta Khao project which will be a separate business entity to BSX so unless any partner is also seeking to become a cornerstone investor in BSX at 5.7c as well then this may be unlikely however BSX does need to strengthen it's cash position so some sort of raise will be necessary this year
