news today by property monitors, melb to overtake syd as the most expensive at this rate........all prices were up except darwin ( hmmm wonder why darwin ) oh yes I know, the weather is awful up there........and a few other reasons I cannot mention
so steve and others, think u might be waiting a long time to get your 30-50 discounted prices
