The most unvarnished and unbiased thing I can say is that the truth is no one truly knows what will happen unless they have a crystal ball. So either buy something that you can afford that suits your need or don't. Either way accept the consequences and don't complain if it all goes the wrong way i.e. you buy and prices drop or you don't buy and they go up.

I don't know what will really happen and I hold a number of properties and am willing to wear a price drop even though in my PERSONAL OPINION I don't believe my properties will drop much due to the fact that they are at the bottom end of the market.
