mental health is a huge deal and personally I believe it's grossly under-counted

If one looks at the damage that anxiety and depression cause - it's massive on a national and global basis
there's a lot that's hereditary, there's a lot that is environmental - it's a very complex area
the costs in lives, lifestyle and dollars is really nothing less than astronomical
sometimes it's easy to see - sometimes it might take a while to see in someone - with hindsight - one often sees with clarity - but, it's not easy at the time - indeed, if you only know someone recently - it can be almost impossible.
