Most people at some stage in their life suffer depression,anxiety,PTSD etc. I have also suffered these things and at the time you need to say to yourself there will be a time that you will be better.Over many years you work out what is good for you.In my case exercise sometimes strenuous is a big help.Over time also your mind develops a positive thought process to combate a negative thought process.I probably developed a positive thought process over 20 years ago after beating a serious illness. At times you made need medication.
