Probably has the votes supporting him to remove the directors, has given Mawson a call and told them he's taking control and will pull the agreement so dont bother.
It's not a coincidence.. Surprise that all those institutionals that have pumped the millions into the company to get it this far are pissed that their investment is worthless atm, and someone was getting a 20%stake for a third of what you paid just this year.
Millions lost, not a few thousand like most of us. (someone might be able to get a thousand or two out for some chrissie presents, but really $100k of trades have gone through from 30c to 6c).
Oh well should be interesting to watch the fireworks.
