You realise that there is nothing specific to MSB about your reasoning? You seem to think you have demonstrated that no share could have a valuation of 30 times EPS. But they do.
The error comes where you say "... a P/E of 30, as you might know, means that if I invested $100 today, it would generate $3.3 year after year". No, we don't know that. Because it doesn't. The market is forward-looking.
