We sent our forms opting out back to the Registrar of Federal Court of Australia when we received them as we don't want the ambulance chasers to be able to bolster the supposed numbers of participants in the group action they represent when they report the number(s) to the courts / media

The scheduled mediation in June this year will probably be the end of the matter with a small settlement offer to appease the ambulance chasers / funder just like what happened in the states..... this is likely the cheaper option rather than paying lawyers to fight the matter in court - something I am sure the ambulance chasers are betting on as they still get paid even though 'participants' will likely only get pennies on the dollar
