Very well said DH & Sputnick.

We understand the need to be very sales focused, but they are running a public company and are required to make material disclosures when they happen.

We have a large amount invested in this company (currently running at a loss like most others) and would like to feel more secure with our investment. We believe that if these announcements (as suggested by DH) had been made, the SP would be much better than it is and there would have been much less dilution of the capital.

We don't want them to 'SPIN', we just want positive announcements made when material events occur. That is as much a function of good management as increasing sales and managing costs.
