Hey guys,
I'm not a new holder of MGT however im new to participating in Capital Raising.
I have a question:
MGT options Expiring 29/10/2021 are exercisable at $0.05 or 5c.
Is this going to be an indication of what the company is expecting the SP to be in the next 12months?
Or are the Exercise price of options usually higher than the Ordinary SP price?
I am under the impression the Options Exercisable price is usually lower than the Ordinary Share Price closer towards the Expiry date.
