yes i have. the problem i find though is that most plc directors are generally very good listeners and almost always agreeable in private conversation, but they tend to be wary of acting on feedback and prefer to stick to company protocols and boardroom philosophy.

ordinarily i have respect for that approach, and am a firm believer that if a philosophy is sound then eventually it will pay dividend. the problem i have right now is that it feels like the philosophy is getting a little out of date and is in need of an upgrade.

anyone who is a Man United fan would empathize. teams with high worth players that play possession based football and still finish second best do not win trophies. we need something a bit more direct if we're gonna make the finals.
