My recommendation to James would be to actually stall financing.
That may not go down well with shareholders but would be the correct move imo

It's no secret that we speak to many Chinese groups including the largest funds in the country.
What we know is that financing is available.
What we also know is that progress is the driver of that finance.

My preference would be to stall until around March, dangerous as it may seem for some.
By the time we should have the license in place and construction happening on the ground.
This would I think allow the SP to rise back into the'20's once people see how advanced AJM are.
It also allows finance talks to happen in a much better environment with much less dilution.

Finance is available. The question is always "when" will production begin.
The closer we are the better terms will be.

Hi SOS,
At the AGM I'm pretty sure that James said that we would fund the remaining mine costs with debt - so that there was no further dilution. Being large shareholders themselves the management are just as keen as us to avoid any further dilution. I hope that this can be dealt with asap so that the market has less uncertainty.
I emailed him yesterday to wish him a merry Christmas and thank him for his work. I can write again to ask about the debt.
