Looks like an opportunity to me. If the sale goes ahead as it probably will, (I feel the courts will side with ANZ on this matter, rightly or wrongly), then the share price might fall a bit but the fundamentals are sound. The only reason GF wont go ahead with the project is because it is not viable. If there is a takeover then there will be short term gain for CQT which in the current market may be the best outcome.
